Our Story
Three weeks before Melissa’s wedding day, disaster struck at the final fitting, leaving her devastated and in need of a new wedding dress. Nervous breakdown aside, she and her mother, Lynn, began a frantic search for an off-the-rack alternative, as they had a tight timeline for a new dress. With limited options for off-the-rack bridal shops, they were doubtful about finding the perfect replacement dress. Luckily, she found her “yes” dress, which was meant to be.
Fast forward several months, and here we are! Serendipity partners Melissa Jones and Lynn Trabbold are fueled by their passion to provide brides-to-be with great value and a memorable experience by offering both reorder-able and off-the-rack dress options for brides of any timeline!

Lynn, a hip mom of two (one of whom is Melissa), is always on the run. You can count on her to jump in and help out where needed, to get the job done. In her free time, she enjoys bike rides, catching up with friends and going shopping.
